“Consumption patterns are evolving, and the industry is diversifying. Wine Paris, Be Spirits and Be No reflect this momentum,” says Rodolphe Lameyse, chief executive of Vinexposium as he prepares for what is set to be another record breaking year for the show - as it looks to cement its position as the number one international trade show for wines and spirits in the world.

A record 60,000-plus visitors from over 155 different markets are signed up to attend Wine Paris with the task of navigating themselves through over 6,000 exhibitors from 60 countries.

The Buyer

There will be 60,000 plus visitors heading to Wine Paris in February 9-11

The pace at which Wine Paris, post Covid, has surpassed ProWein as the main global wine and spirits trade fair is staggering. Just look at these numbers. In 2023 it welcomed 36,334 visitors through its doors. That jumped to 41,253 in 2024 and then to 52,622 visitors in 2025.

2026 will see another 10,000-plus heading to Paris which is a far cry from the 25,739 that went to the show in 2022.

The exhibitor numbers have had to increase to keep pace with that demand. Over the last four years Wine Paris’ exhibitors have gone from 2,864 in 2022, 3,387 in 2023 from 42 countries, 4,000 in 2024 from 48 countries, to over 5,300 in 2025 from 50 plus countries to the 6,000 exhibitors from 60 countries in 2026.

In fact the biggest headache for Vinexposium and Wine Paris is what it does next with the fair now close to capacity at its current home at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

What to do and see

The Buyer

There is an extensive programme of debates, talks and panel discussions taking place at Wine Paris

But for now it is focused on looking after and making sure all the visitors and exhibitors that go to next month’s show get what they want from it.

Key to delivering that is having a programme of events, talks, panel discussions and tastings that allow buyers, suppliers and producers to come together to share ideas, learn from each other and provide the platform for them to go on and do business.

The conference programme has been put together to cover the key areas of public policy, international trade and changing consumer behaviour that is having a direct impact on the industry.

It includes three flagship sessions:

  • a panel discussion examining the EU-Mercosur agreement and its implications for European and South American markets.
  • a session focused on the Indian market and the economic growth opportunities generated by free trade agreements concluded or under negotiation with key trading partners such as the European Union, the UK and Australia.
  • a debate analysing transatlantic trade relations and the impact of US tariffs on the spirits industry.

You can see the full Academy programme of talks here.

The Be No area will not only provide a new dedicated area for one of the fastest growing and dynamic areas of the industry, but will also include a series of 45-minute debates looking at different areas of the no and low alcohol market including consumer trends, regulatory frameworks and technological innovation.

There will also be the opportunity to see how no and low products are now performing in the on-trade and having a direct impact on chefs and restaurants and the fine dining scene and their place on wine lists.

Masterclasses - Pairing Perfection

‘Pairing Perfection’ is the theme behind this year’s series of tasting masterclasses. This will include:

  • Battle of the mixologists and how they are using wine and spirits to bring theatre and excitement to the bar sector.
  • Cognac and food pairings.
  • How cheese and sake can work together.
  • Chefs, agave and Mexican food with to chef Mercedes Ahumada.

You can see the full list of masterclasses by searching by day here.
